Join us for a calm and intentional Pelvic Floor Birth Prep Workshop hosted by Dr. Loni of Essentials Pelvic Therapy & Wellness and Alli with Bloom & Bond Maternity.

This small-group experience is designed to help you slow down, connect with your body, and prepare for the birth you want.

You’ll learn practical pelvic floor awareness, ways to help reduce the risk of tearing, and guided movements to support balance and body preparation.

• Light snacks, teas, and non-alcoholic wine.
• Gabby Mitchnek, Ayurvedic practitioner and owner of Life Loft in Bentonville, will lead a calming sound bath to help you feel grounded and at ease.
